這張專輯應該很難在一般的唱片行裡找到，沒有過於包裝，沒有顯眼色彩，甚至沒有什麼重量的存在，
我是在咖啡館裡發現的，應該是自己錄音發行的專輯，
常常覺得在買CD或書時，活像個暴發戶，只要感覺對了，
看懂大概的表現內容，就會像逛7-11一樣，
很快就聚集了一小堆，買CD就像是一種探險，
不同的音樂必定會帶給自己不同的視聽體驗，
買到自己不喜歡的，世界上總是可以找到屬於它的主人，
或換個時空也許感受就會不同，
但我一直很難真的很喜歡的是electric music，
不知為什麼，就是很難很喜歡
這張專輯基本上是把一些台語老歌翻唱，加上簡單的吉他，
簡簡單單就很有味道，我想，功不可沒的是唱者渾厚滄桑的嗓音，
在下著雨的夜晚，小酒當前，
與電腦對影成三人時，真的是很夠味！！
“我常在夜深人靜時撥弄吉他音符唱老台語歌，
總可以邊唱老歌的時候，邊感受上一代的祖先們詮釋生活的情感，
是那麼樣的深刻與內化的文學語彙，
透過洗鍊的文筆與極口語化的主旋律，
一幕幕的上演著古典的戲碼，悲歡離合的淡淡哀愁，
所以這次我挑了六首歌重新用吉他編曲，
期望重新給老歌新的古典氛圍，
比較擔心的是我的台語南腔北調外省口音會破壞期望的整體感，
